Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed the global travel industry by enabling hyper-personalized experiences, predictive analytics, adaptive travel planning, and real-time customer interaction. Through machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), recommendation engines, and robotic process automation (RPA), AI tailors travel experiences to individual preferences, behavior, and real-time context. This research article explores the role of AI in reshaping personalized travel experiences, examining traveler perception, industry applications, ethical concerns, and technological challenges. Hypothetical figures, data tables, and conceptual models illustrate AI-driven personalization ecosystems. Findings demonstrate that AI enhances traveler satisfaction, improves operational efficiency, and creates new dimensions in experiential travel, but also raises concerns related to privacy, algorithmic bias, and over-reliance on automation.
